Welcome

Welcome

On this website I present my books, my research, and projects and programmes in organizational effectiveness and leadership. I am interested in how people build relationships, make decisions and create the conditions for effective cooperation.

An important part of my research is devoted to photography. I approach it as a way of perceiving, experiencing and communicating through which we shape our relationship to the world. I study the attraction of the photographic image, its communicative role and its importance in tourism, where photography helps shape expectations, experiences and memories.

Most of the books presented here deal with business and organizational topics, while two are devoted to photography in tourism and its communicative role. The books are complemented by projects and programmes that connect research findings with the practical challenges of organizations and leaders.

A special part of the website is devoted to research methodology. There I will discuss how to formulate research questions, choose research approaches and methods, and interpret findings. I am also interested in how our assumptions and ways of observing influence what we recognize as important and what conclusions we draw.
