Milan Ambrož (author and photographer)

The principal author of the monograph theoretically and empirically develops the model of experimental organization. The basis for the development of innovative potential is to be found in the organizational dimensions like resilience, adaptability, and sustainability. The authors clearly show relations between individual behaviour, organizational culture, and national culture and link these relations to the creation of innovative potential.

According to the leading author, three factors determine the success of the future organization: innovativeness, systemic behaviour, and adaptability that strongly influence the content of the customer. Besides, the author defines the current role of the organizational culture presenting some practical cases from various organizations, and develops the experimental model of future planning based on several empirical studies of organizational culture in the last chapters.

The author is particularly attracted to the free flow of information and knowledge in the organization. He points to the necessity of the design of the business environment where innovative capacity can develop. The monograph is the first work in the project ReSTORe, which is aimed at the development of a resilient, adaptable, and sustainable organization that is successful in mastering crisis.
