Milan Ambrož (principal author) · Marija Ovsenik

Global changes in the business world, which becomes increasingly unpredictable and complex, are mirrored in the area of services and non-profit organizations. The concept of the welfare state is constantly changing and losing control. New organizational paradigms emerge that change the landscapes of modern organizations. The invisible hand of the market is losing its invisibility, and many business and societal problems emerge.

The leading author analyses and builds the concept of a new organizational model of non-profit organizations. He particularly emphasises the development of the organizational design aimed at efficient and effective fund-raising. The model is supported empirically by studying the meaning and the role of the common good in the emerging global neo-liberal organizational paradigm.
