Avtorja v monografiji iščeta nove pristope k razvoju človeških potencialov pri vodenju in upravljanju podjetij. V središču pozornosti so v monografiji spremembe, ki spodbujajo razvoj novih organizacijskih paradigem, ki izhajajo iz organskih konceptov organiziranosti družbenih sistemov. Empirična analiza organizacijskega vedenja v slovenskih organizacijah pokazala, da se organizacijska kultura teh organizacij spreminja. V ospredju sta razvoj znanja in produktivnost, medtem, ko hierarhična, birokratsko pogojena struktura, ki spodbuja timski način organiziranosti, še vedno prevladuje. Organizacijske kulture v proučevanih organizacijah so močno usmerjene v notranjo učinkovitost delovanja in manj v prilagajanje hitro spremenljivemu poslovnemu okolju. Te ugotovitve kažejo na prihajajočo krizo vodenja.

The authors are looking for new approaches to the development of human resources of the management of organizations. At core of attention of the monograph are organic organizational paradigms developed from the system concepts of social systems. Empirical findings in the monograph show that the organization culture of Slovenian organizations is changing. Knowledge and performance are at the core of their competences, and team work is becoming the important dimension of organizing. Organizations in the study are internally oriented towards effectiveness. They lack flexibility to external circumstances. These findings show the emerging management crisis that will result in an organizational paradigm change.
